Temperzone is seeking a general assembler for our header shop sub-assembly line. You will braze copper pipes and headers, clean pipes in a machine, and operate light machinery to cut and bend pipes for air conditioner manufacturing.

Shifts run 3:15pm–11:15pm, Monday to Friday, reporting to the Sub-Assembly Line Supervisor. The role requires hands-on work, adherence to safe practices, and the ability to read job sheets and drawings.

Qualifications

• Experience with brazing and pipe-work machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret pipe drawings for length and diameter.
• Computer literacy for programming shop machines.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and dimensions.
• Strong commitment to safe work practices.
• Reliable attendance and good teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Brazing and fabricate sub-assembled components when cover is required.
• Operate small cutter and hand bending.
• Follow job sheets and engineering drawings.
• Demonstrate and adhere to safe work practices.
• Inspect components for quality assurance before delivery to the next department.
• Provide flexibility by working in all areas of production as needed.
