Job summary
Christchurch Engine Centre seeks a highly motivated engineer to create and maintain Solumina and SAP master data for work instructions and configuration across V2500 and GTF engine models. This onsite role requires interpreting engine manuals, Service Bulletins, and Airworthiness Directives to embed precise data in systems.
Reporting to the Senior Engineer - Master Data, you will liaise with Central Configuration and local teams to ensure accurate configuration data for all engine variants,
Qualifications
- New Zealand Diploma in Engineering or related field with 5+ years industry experience or equivalent
- NZ/National Certificate in Aeronautical Engineering (Gas Turbine Overhaul) with 5+ years experience
- Experience with master data and toolsets including OEM Manuals, Modifications/Airworthiness Directives, SAP, Solumina and customer work instructions
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain Solumina and SAP master data for work instructions and configurations for all engine models
- Interpret engine manuals, service bulletins and airworthiness directives to update data systems
- Collaborate with Central Configuration and local teams to maintain configuration master data for all engine models
- Support teardown, inspection, repair, modification, assembly, testing and certification data processes
