Job summary

Ryman Healthcare in Remuera, Auckland is seeking an Activity and Lifestyle Assistant (Part Time) to run weekend programs for residents in independent living. The role covers Saturdays and Sundays 0930 to 1800, with an additional $2.50 per hour for weekend hours.

You will deliver recreational, social and craft activities, promote wellbeing and work collaboratively with colleagues in a supportive team environment. Prioritise empathy and a friendly, professional approach.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team at Edmund Hillary Retirement Village in Remuera, Auckland as an Activity and Lifestyle Assistant for independent living. This is aPart Timeposition working Saturday and Sunday 0930 to 1800.

In this role you will:

• Deliver a program of recreational, diversional, and social and craft activities for residents
• Promote happiness, wellbeing and quality of life for all residents
• Work closely with, and support your colleagues
