Job summary

Fulton Hogan in Napier is seeking an Accounts Administrator to join our East Coast Admin Team. You will process supplier invoices, reconcile payments, maintain supplier records in JDE 9.2, and support managers and field staff with administrative tasks in Hawke's Bay.

Working with our Finance and operations teams, you will ensure data integrity and timely responses to AP queries, with a focus on accuracy, communication, and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Process and reconcile supplier invoices and payments accurately and on time.
• Maintain supplier records in JDE 9.2 and support PO approvals and receipting.
• Manage the AP mailbox and respond to accounts payable queries in a timely way.
• Complete supplier statement reconciliations and provide general admin support to Hawke's Bay quarry operations.
• Support the Regional Manager with administrative tasks, including reports and presentations.
