Job summary

Rakon in New Zealand is seeking a 12-month fixed-term Accountant with strong SAP experience to join the finance team from mid-November 2026. You will lead end-to-end month-end and year-end reporting, support the finance transformation, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting.

The role requires a degree in Accounting/Finance, 3-4 years' accounting experience (multi-currency), hands-on SAP, and excellent Excel and communication skills. You will work with a diverse, global group.

Qualifications

• A degree in Accounting/Finance is required.
• 3–4 years’ experience in an Accountant role (multi-currency exposure).
• Hands-on SAP experience essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end month-end tasks.

The Role

Starting mid-November 2026, this is a 12-month fixed term position for an Accountant with strong SAP experience. You will be a key player in producing month-end and year-end reporting. As part of our Finance transformation into the wider Bourns Group, you will also have an opportunity to provide support as we progress with this journey.
