Job summary

Bunnings Warehouse is seeking an Account Representative for our Commercial Sales team in New Zealand. This phone-based role supports Builders, Trade and Organisations across Auckland, Rotorua and Christchurch, managing an established portfolio and developing strong customer relationships.

• Work closely with Store and Commercial teams to maximise opportunities and deliver positive customer outcomes.
• Manage customer enquiries, quotations and follow-up activities in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity within CRM systems.
• Provide sales updates and forecasts to support business planning and performance.
• Contribute to sales growth while delivering against key performance measures.
