Job summary

Haines in Auckland is looking for an Account Manager to keep client work moving and help identify the next opportunity. You’ll run day-to-day delivery with our creative, media and strategy teams, manage medium-sized accounts from brief to delivery, and turn employer-brand work into activation that delivers results.

• Experience in marketing, strategy, project management or client service.
• Interest in employer brand or recruitment marketing is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day delivery on key accounts, working with our creative, media and strategy teams.
• Manage medium-sized accounts and brand projects from brief to delivery.
• Help clients turn employer brand work into activation that gets results.
• Do strategy and insight work, turning research and data into clear recommendations.
• Spot ways to grow our existing accounts and back our new business push, including new markets like Tauranga and Hamilton.
