Uber Eats in Auckland is seeking a results-driven Acquisition professional to own the full end-to-end cycle for restaurant partners, from cold outreach to activation and early onboarding.
You will tailor Uber’s value to each merchant, navigate market dynamics, and drive long-term partnerships. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in B2B sales are preferred, with a 50%+ office presence expected.
Restaurants are the heartbeat of Uber Eats, and our Acquisition team is responsible for scaling our footprint in some of the world's most competitive and nuanced markets. Our mission is to identify, pitch, and onboard high-potential local partners that will thrive on our platform and delight customers.
In this role, you will navigate the complex, high-stakes reality of B2B sales where there is no one-size-fits-all playbook. You’ll need to earn trust fast, manage the resilience needed to handle constant "no’s," and solve complex problems without a script. This is for someone who thrives on ownership and is energised by the challenge of building long-term partnerships in a fast-changing environment.
This isn't the kind of place where you follow a playbook — it's where you help write one. If you're driven by impact, energized by challenge, and ready to shape how the world moves — we'd love to hear from you.
You may be eligible for bonuses, equity, and other compensation, as well as a range of benefits. Explore our benefits.
Offices remain key to collaboration and Uber's culture. Unless approved for full remote work, employees must spend at least 50% of their time in-office. Some roles, like those at greenlight hubs, require full-time in-office presence.
