Job summary

Farmlands is seeking a detail‑oriented Onboarding Specialist to manage the end‑to‑end setup of new suppliers into our Centralised Distribution Centre. You will coordinate with suppliers, Finance, and 3PL partners to meet onboarding milestones and ensure data accuracy for purchases and rebates.

You will oversee a large onboarding pipeline, drive continuous improvement, and support KPI reporting to boost CDC performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, vendor onboarding, or supplier administration.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as D365 and strong data accuracy.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across suppliers and internal teams.
  • Proactive, organized, and adaptable mindset focused on process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding of new vendors into Farmlands' CDC, including documentation, supplier setup, and system configuration.
  • Maintain and prioritise a large onboarding pipeline, coordinating ~150 vendor onboarding projects over the next 12 months.
  • Ensure vendor master data is accurate and compliant to support purchasing, onboarding, and rebate outcomes.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, Finance, Supplier Management, and 3PL partners to deliver onboarding milestones and resolve issues.
  • Support operational reporting, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance onboarding efficiency and CDC performance.

Mō te whai waahi | About the opportunity

You will manage the end-to-end onboarding of suppliers into Farmlands' Centralised Distribution Centre (CDC), ensuring vendors are brought online accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. Working across suppliers, internal teams, and our third-party logistics partner, you'll play a critical role in supporting the continued growth of the CDC and enhancing supply chain efficiency across the Co-operative.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding of new vendors into the CDC, including documentation, supplier setup, and system configuration.
  • Maintain and prioritise a large onboarding pipeline, coordinating approximately 150 vendor onboarding projects over the next 12 months.
  • Ensure vendor master data is accurate and compliant, supporting successful purchasing, onboarding, and rebate outcomes.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, Finance, Supplier Management, and 3PL partners to deliver onboarding milestones and resolve issues.

  • Experience working with ERP systems such as D365, along with strong data accuracy and administration skills.
  • The ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across suppliers and internal teams.
  • A proactive, organised, and adaptable mindset, with a passion for improving processes and delivering outcomes.
