Noel Leeming in Tauranga is seeking a proactive 3IC / Sales Consultant to drive sales and lead the team in the Store Manager’s absence. You will provide product demonstrations and guidance to customers, helping to build a high-performing retail environment.

Hours of work:

Tuesday to Saturday 8:15am - 5:45pm

What you will be doing?

Providing product advice, education, and demonstrations to our customers is a big part of this role and providing crucial support in the store's management team. As a 3IC / Sales Consultant you will be responsible, in part, for driving your team to achieve sales success. You will also be responsible for the supervision of team members as directed and in the absence of the Store Manager, giving you the opportunity to develop your natural leadership skills in a retail environment.
