Job summary

Noel Leeming is seeking a proactive 3IC / Sales Consultant to support a busy store in delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales. You will work as part of the store's management team, leading a team across shifts and ensuring targets are met. This role offers opportunities for development and progression within a large NZ retailer.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, maintaining high service standards, and contributing to store operations in a dynamic retail environment.

Hours of work:

• Tuesday 8.5 hours
• Wednesday 8 hours
• Thursday 8.5 hours
• Friday 8 hours
• Saturday 7 hours

What you will be doing?

Providing product advice, education, and demonstrations to our customers is a big part of this role and providing crucial support in the store's management team.

As a 3IC / Sales Consultant you will be responsible, in part, for driving your team to achieve sales success. You will also be responsible for the supervision of team members as directed and in the absence of the Store Manager, giving you the opportunity to develop your natural leadership skills in a retail environment.
