Job summary

Woodford Park Project is recruiting Support Workers to join a dedicated team providing 24-hour care for adults with learning disabilities. You will assist with personal care, domestic tasks, shopping and social activities in a challenging but rewarding setting.

We require a minimum of two years of a relevant qualification and value hospitality/retail experience. Training is provided, with day and night shifts including sleep-ins, and the application closes on 20/08/2026.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with a relevant qualification.
• NVQ in health and social care (preferred).
• NVQ in child care (preferred).
• NVQ in early years learning (preferred).
• BTEC National Diploma in Social Care (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Support with domestic tasks and household management.
• Assist with shopping and cooking.
• Support social integration and participate in team meetings.
• Write reports and communicate with families.
