You will lead through Team Leaders, maintain high standards, and collaborate with clinical leads, infection prevention, and facilities to support excellent patient outcomes.

• Lead the 24x7 Environmental Services team to deliver services to the highest standards.
• Balance people leadership with operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders, Infection Prevention and Control, Facilities, and corporate support to support patient care.
