Job summary

Strawberryhotels in Bodø is seeking seasonal staff for the Pool and Wellbeing area at Wood Hotel Bodø. As a host, you'll create a calming atmosphere and ensure guests enjoy the heated outdoor pool and spa services. Ideal candidates will have experience in hospitality, be fluent in a Scandinavian language and/or English, and be flexible with shift work. Do you want to be a host for Pool and Wellbeing at the top of Bodø?

We are seeking seasonal staff for Wood Pool and Wellbeing at Wood Hotel Bodø, a unique wooden hotel that takes a different approach. Here you will help guests relax after a day’s adventure or a hectic city life.

As a host in the Pool and Wellbeing zone, you are the face of our most relaxing area. From the moment guests pick up their bathrobe to enjoying the heated outdoor pool, you ensure everything runs smoothly.

What you will do:

• Welcome guests at the spa reception and create a calm and luxurious atmosphere.
• Keep the spa area, saunas, and locker rooms immaculate and serve refreshments.
• Provide recommendations about our wellness concepts and help guests maximise their visit.
• Collaborate closely with the hotel team to deliver a seamless guest journey from check‑in to poolside.

It is an advantage if you:

• Have experience in service, preferably in spa, wellness, or hospitality.
• Are a people person who spreads calm and positive energy.
• Thrive on maintaining an overview and have an eye for small details that create an exceptional experience.
• Speak a Scandinavian language and/or English fluently.
• Are flexible and enjoy working shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
