Job summary

Expro is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator in Norway to support our Well Testing Product Line. You will plan, coordinate, and execute well testing operations across offshore and onshore projects, acting as the main liaison among operations, engineering, supply chain, workshop, logistics, and clients.

The role emphasizes safety, meticulous planning, and robust communication to ensure schedules, mobilizations, and resource allocations meet client requirements and project goals.

Qualifications

• Degree, technical qualification, or relevant experience in Engineering, Operations, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• Experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably within Well Testing, Production Services, Subsea, or other service sectors.
• Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Safety-focused with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational planning systems.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the planning and execution of Well Testing operations.
• Act as the primary focal point between operations, engineering, supply chain, workshop, logistics, and clients.
• Ensure personnel, equipment, and materials are mobilized according to project schedules and client requirements.
• Monitor operational readiness and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and utilization.
• Prepare operational documentation, job packs, risk assessments, and mobilization plans.
• Track project progress and communicate operational updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support cost control, invoicing requirements, and operational reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, client specifications, and HSE standards.
• Participate in incident reviews, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide operational support during offshore campaigns and critical project activities.
