Job summary

Frelsesarmeen's Ensjøtunet Omsorg+ in Oslo is seeking a house host to support residents, coordinate services, and contribute to activities in a 62-apartment housing setting. This permanent role requires Norwegian language skills, a valid FAGbrev, and a commitment to eldercare values.

You will work every third weekend, with safety and wellbeing at the core. Join a team focused on offering safe, engaging environments for older people, with opportunities to grow within Frelsesarmeen's eldercare

Qualifications

• Authorized healthcare worker with fagbrev must be attached to the application.
• Good oral and written Norwegian, equivalent to Norwegian B2.
• Experience from eldercare and/or service work is an advantage.
• Proficiency with the most common ICT tools.
• Personal suitability is highly valued.
• Police certificate must be presented upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact for residents, and assist with simple practical and technical tasks.
• Be coordinator and link between various services and actors in the house.
• Contribute to the planning and implementation of activities.
• Ensure well-being and the environment in the house.
• Simple administrative tasks.
• Emergency preparedness and safety tasks.
• Contribute to a good working environment with a focus on joy at work and open communication.
