GrowYourCorp is seeking a senior Web Developer to lead the creation of scalable, high-performance web applications and collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into polished interfaces.

You will leverage Vue.js and Node.js, build RESTful services, and ensure robust security while mentoring junior developers and shaping best practices across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in web development with a strong emphasis on front-end technologies.
• Proven expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with hands-on experience building high-quality, responsive web applications.
• Proficiency in Vue.js and Node.js, with in-depth knowledge of RESTful API design and web architectures.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms, with a demonstrated ability to solve complex programming challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Utilize your expertise in RESTful APIs and web architectures to build highly functional, secure, and efficient web services that seamlessly integrate with diverse back-end systems.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and testing, ensuring that every line of code adheres to industry best practices and meets our high production quality standards.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide technical insights and solutions that align with business goals, user needs, and industry trends.
• Implement robust security practices, ensuring all web applications are protected from vulnerabilities and comply with data protection standards.
• Stay ahead of industry trends by exploring new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies, and recommend best practices to continuously enhance the development process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing mentorship and guidance to junior developers as needed.
