Tian-T Wellness, a Singapore-based wellness coaching practice led by a Harvard-certified coach in lifestyle medicine, nutrition, and fitness, seeks a candidate for a Website Revamp and Social Media Content Creation project.

Job Description

The project involves revamping the company website and creating social media content. The total fee for the project is SGD $280 (flat project fee) + $80 Bonus (see conditions below).

Payment Terms

• 50% (SGD $140) upon final delivery of all approved assets

Project Timeline

• Final delivery: Within 7 business days of start date
• 1 round of revision included (within 2 days of draft delivery)

Part 1: Website Revamp (5 Key Sections)

Objective: Improve design, clarity, and user experience. The following pages are included:

• Homepage/ About
• Services
• Why/ Testimonials
• Contact

The website revamp includes upload and formatting of existing and/or provided photos, mobile responsiveness check, and integration of business contact info and social links.

Social Media Content Creation

Objective: Provide visual and written content for 10 Instagram posts, including captions (up to 100 words each), hashtag sets (3–5 per post), and 1 content calendar showing suggested posting sequence.

Ownership & Usage Rights

All final work becomes the property of Tian-T Wellness upon final payment. Tian-T Wellness may edit, reuse, and publish freely.

Communication

Check-ins via WhatsApp, Email, or Google Doc Comments every 1-2 days for alignment and feedback.

Performance Bonus (SGD $80)

An additional SGD $80 bonus will be awarded if the following two conditions are met:

1. Early Delivery: All final deliverables are submitted and approved at least 2 business days before the deadline.
2. Quality Standards Met: All deliverables must meet the following criteria:
   • Website pages are fully functional, visually cohesive, typo-free, and aligned with the agreed brief
   • Social media posts are on-brand (clean, minimal, wellness-aligned), formatted correctly for Instagram, and include original, engaging captions
   • No major revisions required after the first draft (i.e., no more than 2 content pieces need edits)

Note: Bonus is awarded at the sole discretion of Tian-T Wellness based on whether both criteria are clearly met.
