Folk AS is seeking an Industrial Plumber to perform tubing work and pressure testing within the department. Responsibilities include bending and assembling tubing, testing for function and fit, and ensuring documentation and procedures are followed.

You will work with a team to maintain quality and safety, following industry standards and company policies. Training and long-term development opportunities are provided while contributing to an innovative sector.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent required.
• Experience with fabrication, testing, and assembly of tubing and small-bore piping.

Responsabilités

• Plan and perform day-to-day work in own area of responsibility.
• Conduct pressure testing of tubing and piping components and assemblies; complete control documentation.
• Review and sign electronic work instructions, assembly and test procedures, and related fabrication/testing docs.
• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and ready for use.
• Adhere to quality requirements, NCR procedures, and company policy on HSE and ethics.
• Maintain strong focus on HSE, quality, and ethics in all operations.

On behalf of our customer, we are seeking an Industrial Plumber!

The industrial plumber’s main responsibility is to perform tubing work, excluding welding, within the department’s responsibilities. This includes, but is not limited to, tube and pipe bending and assembly according to procedures, technical drawings, and operation manuals, as well as tube and pipe pressure testing, flushing, and other test activities.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

• The role involves planning and performing day-to-day work within one’s own area of responsibility
• The industrial plumber performs pressure testing of components and assemblies related to tubing and piping, as well as function and fit testing including completion of control documentation
• The position requires checking and signing off electronic work instructions, assembly and test procedures, and other relevant documentation related to fabrication, assembly, and testing.
• The role also includes contributing to ensuring that all tools and equipment within the area are kept in good order, properly maintained, and ready for use at all times.
• The industrial plumber must conform to all company quality requirements and complete required quality documentation, follow NCR procedures, maintain a clear focus on HSE throughout all work, and adhere to the code of conduct and Blueprint
• The position requires establishing and maintaining a strong focus on HSE, quality, and ethics in line with company policy in all areas of operation

Education and Experience:

• A certificate of apprenticeship or an equivalent level obtained through documented work experience and training is required
• Experience in fabrication, testing, and assembly of tubing and small-bore piping, as well as experience in flushing hydraulic systems in accordance with industry standards
