Job summary

MDE Stavanger is seeking a hands-on Inspection Assistant in Tananger. You will prepare tubular equipment for inspection and assist inspectors through the inspection process, while maintaining a clean, safe work area and following established procedures.

Ideal candidates are hardworking, able to perform physically demanding tasks, with basic computer skills and good English communication. Norwegian is a plus but not required; onboarding and visa support are provided.

• Some technical knowledge or technical understanding is preferred.
• Punctual, responsible and able to follow instructions and procedures.

• Basic computer skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Norwegian language skills are an advantage, but not required.
• Previous experience from industrial, workshop, manufacturing, inspection or similar practical work is an advantage, but not a requirement.
