Vinted Go is seeking a Team Lead Warehouse Operations to organize and lead the warehouse team, ensuring the timely processing of customer products and maintaining safe, high-quality operations across the facility.

You will work closely with the shift manager and logistics teams, driving improvements, training staff, and reporting on performance while upholding safety and production standards. The role is initially a one-year fixed-term assignment.

• Experience in warehouse logistics or warehouse operations.
• Leadership skills and a strong team orientation.
• Sense of responsibility and quality awareness.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.
• Experience with warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet trucks, conveyor belts) is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Advantage: experience with process optimisation or Lean Management.
• Advantage: experience in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Information about the position

As a Team Lead Warehouse Operations, you will be responsible for the efficient organisation and leadership of our warehouse team, as well as ensuring the timely processing of customer products. You will support the continuous improvement of our warehouse and logistics processes while ensuring that safety, quality, and production standards are consistently met.

You will be part of Vinted Go’s dynamic warehouse team, which handles the receipt, inspection, sorting, packing, and shipping of customer products. In this role, you will work closely with the shift manager as well as the logistics and transport teams, serving as the main point of contact for your team on operational matters.

Your work will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction: you are the first and last point of contact before products leave the warehouse and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations throughout the facility.

The position is initially offered on a one-year fixed-term basis.
