Job summary

Cromwell in Leicester is seeking an ICQA team member to strengthen inventory control and quality assurance across our warehouse operations. You will investigate stock discrepancies, support inbound and outbound processes, and help ensure we meet our service commitments to customers.

The role requires proactive problem solving, strong customer service, and effective communication with stakeholders. A background with Microsoft tools and warehouse systems is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with initiative and problem solving.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Clear communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with Microsoft and warehouse management systems is preferable.

Responsibilities

• General inventory control and quality assurance duties including stock investigations.
• Collaborate with inbound and outbound teams to meet service and quality commitments.
• Minimise stock losses through effective investigations.
