Job summary

VARD is seeking engineering graduates for 2027 to join a dynamic, international team in Ålesund. As a Graduate, you will enter a structured onboarding programme designed to support your transition from student to professional, with exposure to different parts of the VARD group and networking opportunities.

You will be employed in a permanent position within one of the VARD companies, building a long-term career while developing expertise in a collaborative environment.

• Vard Interiors: Engineering, Procurement, Finance and Project Management

What you bring to the team

We are looking for ambitious and motivated students graduating in 2027 within relevant fields such as Ship Design, Marine Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Hydrodynamics, Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, ICT, Cyber Security, Project Management, Finance, or other disciplines relevant to the maritime industry.

You are curious about the maritime industry and eager to contribute to innovative and sustainable solutions. To thrive in our environment, you are likely:

• Structured, proactive, and able to work systematically
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with a variety of tasks and projects
• Analytical, with strong problem‑solving skills
