Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in UX design and leading large-scale projects.
• Specialized expertise in interaction design, service design, or user research.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across roles.
• Experience planning and estimating design efforts for complex offerings.
• Fluency in English; Nordic language a plus.
• Ability to influence cross-organizational work and build long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate CDI workshops with customers and product teams.
• Translate customer insights into innovative and scalable design solutions.
• Collaborate proactively with stakeholders across projects to align requirements and priorities.
• Drive UX strategy and contribute to the broader functional strategy within the organization.
• Independently lead UI design efforts for a program of interconnected projects.
• Act as a team-lead, mentor and guide for other UX professionals and stakeholders.
• Ensure UX quality in all phases of development, from concept to delivery.
• Represent Tieto externally with clients, identifying new opportunities and positioning our UX capabilities.
