UX Designer - Public 360⁰ Tietoevry Industry

We are looking for a UX Designer who is ready to be part of a team that is creating a positive impact for both our clients and the world. When joining Tietoevry Industry as a UX Designer:

1. Working with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, business developers, lead product designers, design researchers, information designers, and fellow designers) to drive design vision and strategy that meets the needs of our users.
2. Applying strategic thinking to visualize ideas and concepts and communicate them effectively and compellingly to internal stakeholders, partners, and customers.
3. You will be co-responsible for developing and maintaining a Design System across our product portfolio.
4. You will be involved in research, planning, and developing new products and experiences.
5. You will design strategies that are customer-centric and aligned with our business objectives and mission.

Who we are looking for:

1. You have a university degree in either UX Design or UI Design.
2. You have 3 to 7 years of work experience in the field of UI, UX, or IxD.
3. You are a team player and excel in working collaboratively with customers and cross-functional team members.
4. You have experience in working with or developing coherent design systems that scale across products.
5. Your knowledge of existing and emerging design tools and methods is top-notch.
6. You can be both hands-on and strategic.
7. You are fluent in English, verbally & writing, and speak an additional Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, or Danish).

As a person, we believe you are a team player who acts and demonstrates responsibility to organize your work and solve your tasks. With our agile end-to-end development process, you will continue to both learn from, and coach your colleagues, so communication is important for us.

We also believe you have:

1. Ability to articulate and defend design rationale to stakeholders.
2. Fluency with common design and prototyping tools, including Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD.
3. Experience in running online and offline workshops.
