Norwegian seeks an experienced UX Designer & User Research Lead to join our E-commerce & Digital Channels team in Oslo. You will shape intuitive and accessible digital experiences across our customer-facing platforms, combining hands-on UX/UI design with user research, testing and close collaboration with product managers, developers and stakeholders.

You will play an important role in understanding customers, removing friction from their journeys and turning insights into digital

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience within UX design or digital product design.
• Bachelor's degree in UX design, HCI, psychology, or a relevant field.
• Advanced experience with Figma or similar design tools.
• Good understanding of accessibility, WCAG, and front-end technologies like React or Angular.

Responsabilités

• Design intuitive and accessible user experiences across Norwegian’s digital platforms.
• Create wireframes, prototypes and high-quality UI designs from concept to launch.
• Plan and lead user research and usability testing, translating insights into actionable improvements.
• Ensure designs meet WCAG accessibility standards.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers and key stakeholders.
• Contribute to Norwegian’s design system and design guidelines.
• Communicate design rationale, user insights and new features to stakeholders.
• Mentor fellow designers and contribute to a strong user-centric design culture.
