Division: Research Laboratory
Contract: 5 months (subject to extension)
Location: Balestier
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support for research projects in the Research Laboratory Division.
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage procurement of laboratory supplies, reagents, and equipment.
  • Assist with budget monitoring and maintain financial documentation for research projects.
  • Support general laboratory operations and other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of full-time work experience.
  • Prior experience in laboratory research or healthcare settings is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
