Job summary

A global security consultancy seeks a qualified UN representative in Stavanger, Norway, to support NATO exercises. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of senior-level experience in UN organizations, specializing in political interactions and documentation preparation. Responsibilities include providing expertise on UN operations and developing concepts for conflict involvement. Possibility for remote work exists. A University degree and valid security clearance are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in NATO or UN organization at a senior level.
• Familiarity with current UN affairs, documentation and regulations.
• Proficiency in Business English.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in UN operations.
• Develop a Concept of Operations for UN involvement.
• Coordinate with political representatives for coherent UN representation.
• Provide realistic UN documents for training.
• Act as focal point for training audience regarding UN matters.
• Monitor training plans and provide feedback.
• Stay updated with relevant UN publications.
