Job summary

A multinational organization is seeking a subject-matter expert to represent AU/ECOWAS during exercises in Stavanger, Norway. Responsibilities include developing operational concepts and coordinating with fictitious representatives. Candidates should have a relevant university degree and experience working with AU/ECOWAS at a senior level. This role may involve remote work on an ad-hoc basis and requires valid National or NATO Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience of working within AU/ECOWAS at a senior level.
• At least 1 year of experience in the last 10 working with AU/ECOWAS.
• 3 years of knowledge or operational experience of the AU or ECOWAS is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject-matter expertise representing AU/ECOWAS.
• Develop the Concept of Operations for AU/ECOWAS involvement.
• Coordinate with fictitious political and military representatives.
• Provide realistic AU/ECOWAS documents and interact with the training audience.
• Act as the focal point for the training audience on AU/ECOWAS matters.
• Analyze training audience plans and their impacts on AU/ECOWAS matters.
• Familiarity with relevant AU/ECOWAS publications.
