Job summary

Outgle is seeking a creative UI/UX Designer to craft visually captivating, highly functional interfaces for its global client roster and internal SaaS products. You will build design systems in Figma, conduct user research, produce high-fidelity prototypes, and collaborate directly with frontend developers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional UI/UX design with live product portfolio.
• Expert mastery of Figma, FigJam, and prototype animation tools (Rive / Principle).
• Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and frontend constraints is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive UI layouts for web apps, dashboards, and mobile apps.
• Develop reusable design systems, components, color palettes, and typography grids.
• Produce wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and UX benchmarking.
• Collaborate with engineers during handoff to ensure accurate design implementation.
• Stay updated on design trends (dark mode, glassmorphism, micro-animations).
