Job summary

Facile Consulting Private LTD is seeking a UI Designer to join our design team in Norway. You will translate user needs into intuitive interfaces, document design thinking and distill complex processes into clear flows for web and mobile applications.

The role emphasizes prototyping with Sketch and InVision, collaborative iteration, and a user-centered approach to drive utility, usability and desirability across multiple products.

Our designers are responsible for understanding user needs, advocating for the customer, and rapidly ideating variations in order to meet user needs. Our ideal candidate is proficient at distilling complex processes into simple diagrams, user flows, wireframes, and is practiced at documenting design thinking. They follow best practices, validate their hypotheses with data and/or research, and value engineering and product input on iterative approaches to product design. You are passionate about improving the utility, usability and desirability of software and can juggle working on multiple products. We are looking for team members who value exploration and variation, who speak candidly, obsess over the details, and who fiercely advocate for the user.
