Job summary

Versa is seeking a UI/UX Designer to own end-to-end UX across multiple apps, from user research to wireframes and prototypes. You will translate ideas into flows and high-fidelity mockups, guiding product decisions with data-driven insights and usability testing.

You will collaborate with product, engineering and leadership teams, aiming to enhance user engagement and deliver immersive digital experiences. A strong portfolio and 3+ years in UI/UX are required.

Qualifications

• Completed tertiary education in related program/studies with minimum 3 years of working experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer
• Portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design for mobile apps

Responsibilities

• Define and manage end-to-end UI/UX across Versa products and multiple projects
• Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis to gain insights from data and qualitative feedback
• Conduct usability testing to guide the design process
• Create and translate ideas into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes to deliver intuitive experiences
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Management to review and refine design decisions
• Mentor junior UI/UX designers and improve UI/UX team workflows
