U.S. Citizenship required with the ability to travel up to 75% and a salary range of $72,000–$80,000 per year. Full-time, with extensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work is required.
• Proven independent decision-making in directing survey processes.
• Ability to set priorities independently in survey tasks.
• Ability to discuss conflicts openly and seek assistance to resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Support internal and external customers nationwide as a Health Care Facility Surveyor.
• Lead and direct survey processes with independent decision-making.
• Travel up to 75% of the time as required.
