Job summary

You will support multiple teams, handle education materials, and help ensure accurate data entry across EMR and transplant systems.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in related field or equivalency.
• Two years of relatable work experience.
• Current RQI Healthcare Provider eCredential through the University of Utah Health RQI system; obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Additional license requirements as determined by the hiring department.

Responsibilities

• Assist the transplant team by coordinating referrals and scheduling evaluations.
• Maintain transplant data and patient records, including eHealth and OSH results.
• Communicate with patients, families, and providers; triage urgent calls.
• Coordinate donor/recipient workflows and required pre-surgery validations.
• Enter orders and ensure follow-up by transplant clinicians in EMR and OSH.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to regulatory reporting.
