Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or Clinical Discipline or equivalency.
• Experience with enterprise imaging PACS, RIS, VNA, and voice recognition platforms like Microsoft (Nuance) PowerScribe One.
• Proficiency in DICOM syntax, HL7 messaging (ADT, ORM, ORU), MWL management, and DICOM router configuration.
• Experience implementing and monitoring FDA-cleared AI diagnostic tools and integrating AI results into PACS interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Participates in meetings to discuss team and project related activities, issues, change, communications, and updates.
• Performs system builds and testing for software lifecycle activities.
• Resolves incidents and work orders according to SLA's and timelines.
• Maintains and creates documentation as needed.
• Guides end users and team members on application utilization in workflow context.
• Executes and updates test scripts for unit, application and integrated testing.
• Collaborates with training staff to build training materials and lesson plans.
• Researches and analyzes new feature requests and participates in stakeholder reviews and documentation.
