Job summary

Siemens Mobility in Ulven, Oslo area, is seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead the end-to-end training workstream for our mobility projects. You will plan, coordinate, and govern technical training for customers, subcontractors, and Siemens Mobility staff, ensuring quality and timely delivery aligned with contractual milestones.

You will build and mentor a team of instructors, develop engaging digital learning solutions, and collaborate with global training centers to maintain

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in training management in technical/industrial environments.
• Knowledge of modern learning methods, incl. ILT, blended, and digital learning.
• Experience developing training concepts and competency frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management across complex project organizations.
• Professional English required; Norwegian or German an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training strategies, concepts, and plans aligned with project requirements.
• Maintain engaging digital learning solutions, including e-learning and materials.
• Build, manage, and mentor a team of technical trainers.
• Plan, organize, coordinate, and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Liaise with global training centers to align content, methodologies, and standards.
• Manage review and approval processes with customers and key stakeholders.
• Ensure all contractual training obligations are fulfilled with records and reporting.
• Deliver technical training courses and knowledge transfer sessions to target groups.
• Ensure QM/CM/DM requirements within the training function are met.
• Support project execution by contributing to schedule, cost, and quality targets with PM/CPM.
