We are looking for outgoing, happy, and helpful Sales Assistants, with experience in retail, visual merchandising, and management, who have a passion for great service. You are innovative and proactive in contributing to customer satisfaction. You strive for excellence in everything you do and have an interest in the fashion industry and Tommy Hilfiger.

The Job

The position is full time.

General Areas Of Responsibility

Customer Service

• Follow and enforce Tommy Hilfiger Customer Service standards.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to inform and assist customers and colleagues.
• Promote a positive shopping experience by treating all customers fairly and consistently.

Operational Assignments

• Ensure consistent and accurate stock replenishment and follow-up.
• Adhere to visual standards for merchandise presentation.
• Perform and delegate daily, weekly, and monthly checklist tasks as outlined by the Store Manager, ensuring the store is always ready for customers.
• Complete other assigned tasks promptly and with attention to detail.
• Participate in inventory processes as needed.

Language Requirements

• Norwegian: Highly proficient in spoken and written Norwegian.
• English: Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
