Your tasks
We are seeking a passionate Territory Sales Manager with a background in automated storage, intralogistics or warehouse handling equipment. You will be responsible for generating, developing and closing sales in order to meet individual/team targets and sales growth.
You will be responsible for a sales territory with customers from Southern Oslo and across Southern Norway. You will need to be based on your sales territory as this role will require frequent travel to customers. There will also be some travel to our Norwegian office which is based in Kjeller and to other locations in the Nordics.
Your responsibilities
Create, monitor and revise lead generation plans to generate a substantive sales opportunity pipeline.
Reach Territory sales targets in defined territory.
Generate leads, qualify leads and close sales according to Kardex Sales process.
Creation of optimal solutions that deliver customer benefit and value for Kardex.
Foster and maintain strong customer relationships.
Negotiate contract and close the deal according to Kardex guidelines.
Maintain Salesforce, forecast and other admin to support a successful sales organization.
You will need
Proven B2B sales experience – we are looking for someone who is driven to develop their pipeline and hunt out new opportunities – ideally within manual handling, investment goods or intralogistics product.
Excellent negotiation skills, consultative sales approach, excellent organizational and planning skills.
Resilience and Emotional Intelligence.
High motivation for sales activity, working to targets and KPIs.
Experience of CRM software (SalesForce) and IT skills (Excel, Word, and Power point).
Fluent spoken and written Norwegian. Good knowledge in English is required.
Driver’s license.
