Overview

As an Territory Manager for BD’s Diagnostic Solutions, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth of our portfolio across microbiology, cytology, molecular diagnostics, and lab automation. This field-based position focuses on developing and maintaining strategic relationships with hospitals and private laboratories across Norway. You will manage complex capital sales projects, deliver tailored solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams, and work closely with colleagues across the Nordic region. This role requires strong consultative selling capabilities, a collaborative approach, and a strategic mentality. You will be responsible for territory management, forecasting, and business planning to drive sustainable growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers across public and private sectors
  • Drive sales and adoption of BD’s Diagnostic Solutions portfolio within the Norwegian territory
  • Manage and execute capital sales projects, collaborating with solution design and technical teams
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to support business growth
  • Monitor market trends and share relevant insights with internal teams
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting via CRM and other systems
  • Support the tender and procurement process in alignment with Norwegian requirements
  • Collaborate across functions to ensure high-quality, customer-centric solutions
About You
  • Degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven track record in sales within the healthcare, diagnostics or MedTech sectors
  • Knowledge of or strong interest in microbiology, molecular diagnostics, or lab automation
  • Experience managing capital or solution-based sales processes
  • Familiarity with the Norwegian healthcare system, including procurement and tender processes
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, with strong communication and presentation skills
