Overview

As a Technical Sales Coordinator at Honeywell in Asker, you will work closely with the field service team and customers to understand needs, share knowledge about Honeywell solutions to improve efficiency, and focus on complex reactive quotations ensuring technically compliant quotations are provided. This is a field-based role with travel to customer sites or Honeywell offices in the region.

Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support, verify customer information, create estimates, follow up with customers, and proactively search for opportunities to sell
  • Apply technical knowledge of building technologies, namely Fire systems, during all project stages to ensure offerings meet customer needs and are compliant
  • Support Field Service Professionals (FSP) and Field Service Supervisors (FSS) with proposal generation for medium-high complexity opportunities and support engineering teams in the field to ensure 100% completion of required works
  • Send proposals to customers, follow up for feedback and approval, and maintain contact throughout the project cycle including post-work completion regarding finances and invoicing
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive improvements in customer experience, revenue and margin targets, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
  • Experience within the fire engineering industry or experience relating to Building Management Systems service maintenance and installation/commissioning
  • Experience generating technical quotes/proposals to customers and securing business from these actions
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, with interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Commercial awareness, having operated in a financially motivated environment
  • Category B licence is required for this role
