Job summary

Documaster in Oslo is seeking a Technical Project Manager to professionalize software deployments and accelerate customer onboarding for SaaS and On-Prem solutions. You will bridge clients with technical teams, safeguarding scope and translating needs into actionable tasks.

The role focuses on the Swedish market, requires strong structure, and a pragmatic, collaborative approach. A hybrid work setup from our Oslo office is offered, alongside competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of IT project management experience.
• Experience in software/SaaS industry preferred.
• Solid cloud architecture knowledge.
• Agile/Scrum experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Fluent English; Nordic language (Swedish preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, execution, and completion of customer onboarding and software implementation projects.
• Replace manual rollouts with structured, repeatable onboarding processes to get customers live faster.
• Monitor project progress and risks, keeping implementations within agreed boundaries.
• Translate customer requirements and regulatory needs into clear tasks for developers and consultants.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, allowing technical teams to focus without disruptions.
• Assist in drafting professional project timelines, methodologies, and resource planning for tenders.
