Overview of the role: Technical Customer Success Manager

Reports to: VP of Customer Success

We are growing our global team and are seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager to join us in our Oslo or Copenhagen office.

You will manage and nurture client relationships, understand their business needs, and align technical solutions to meet their goals. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing technical expertise and ensuring successful implementation of our Enterprise Architecture solutions.

On a typical day, you will:
  1. Drive platform adoption and maximize value for clients
  2. Diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively to ensure satisfaction
  3. Promote healthy usage metrics and create stickiness by identifying opportunities for additional services
  4. Manage a diverse portfolio of customers at scale
  5. Collaborate with commercial and service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  6. Mitigate churn by monitoring and addressing account risks early
  7. Create success stories to share best practices and attract new business
We imagine you will bring:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role with strong technical troubleshooting skills, ideally within SaaS
  • Proficiency in English and Danish or Norwegian
  • A data-driven approach to client management
  • Ability to navigate complex technical discussions and explain concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Focus on customer goals and translating features into value
  • Comfort working in a dynamic scale-up environment and contributing to long-term success
