Overview

Join our innovative team at Telenor Cyberdefence in the position as Tech Lead – Microsoft and MDR - at our HQ in Oslo Fornebu.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for technical design and implementation of our MDR service, as well as other related services
• Responsible for converting orders from products to technical design
• Have a close dialogue with products, on how we can further develop our services, as well as develop new ones
• Assess new functionality and decide how this can be used in our services
• Participate in implementing new functionality to the delivery platform
• Facilitate technical collaboration between SOC, IR, CTI, Detection, Pentest, and other departments
• Speaker at seminars, conferences, etc.
• Assist in customer meetings and customer dialogue

Qualifications and skills

• Relevant Bachelor or Master degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience from Microsoft/ MDR
• Proven experience with managing both business and technical requirements
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Good communicator, verbally and written, in Norwegian and English
• A continual learner
