Job summary

Activate Kokstad in Bergen is seeking two energetic Team Leaders to join our new venue. You will help build the team, shape daily operations, and establish the foundations for future growth, delivering a memorable guest experience.

As a front-line leader, you will coach staff, manage daily routines (booking systems, reservations, reporting), and work closely with management. Fluency in English is required, Norwegian is preferred; full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people skills.
• Experience in customer service and leadership preferred.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Fluent in English; Norwegian preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily operations and strong team performance.
• Coach, support and motivate team members to succeed in a positive environment.
• Maintain excellent guest experience and high service quality.
• Solve challenges and complaints with a smile, and escalated issues when needed.
• Manage daily routines, including online booking systems, reporting, group reservations, and basic maintenance and cleanliness to ensure operational standards.
• Act as a key link between management and the team.
• Identify opportunities and take ownership to improve operations, efficiency, and guest experience.
