Job summary

Omega Subsea seeks a Survey Asset Coordinator to own survey equipment across facilities and projects. The role requires strong technical survey experience, asset management know-how and the ability to keep equipment calibrated, traceable and ready for use.

You will work closely with offshore Survey and ROV teams, project teams, suppliers and rental companies to ensure availability, documentation and efficient asset management.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a technical survey role or survey equipment rental environment is required.
• Proven experience in survey equipment, technical operations and asset management is highly desirable.
• Bachelor or Master in Electrical Engineering, Surveying or related discipline preferred; relevant experience may compensate.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for Survey and Project teams regarding survey equipment rental and sales.
• Maintain a comprehensive and accurate overview of survey assets across facilities and projects.
• Coordinate equipment movements to and from projects, ensuring availability, traceability and proper documentation.
• Support the planning and allocation of equipment according to project requirements and priorities.
• Ensure equipment is calibrated, validated, documented and ready for operation.
• Maintain accurate equipment records and up-to-date documentation.
• Coordinate with offshore personnel, project teams, suppliers and rental companies.
• Develop and improve procedures for survey asset management.
• Build deep technical knowledge of a broad range of survey equipment and systems.
• Take ownership of equipment-related challenges and support decision-making.
