Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Support Worker role.
• Empathetic approach with patient, respectful care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including active listening.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop clients' life skills for independent living.
• Assist with accommodation management and household duties.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and help with daily tasks.
• Monitor and support clients in money management and budgeting.
• Contribute to planning, delivery and review of support plans.
• Provide regular case notes and attend reviews and meetings.
• Deliver one-to-one key-working support and education, employment, and training support.
