Job summary

IMDEX is seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Logistics Manager Europe to lead and develop our regional supply chain and logistics operations. You will ensure product availability, optimize inventory and warehouse performance, and manage logistics partners across Europe.

This role drives S&OP with sales, operations and global teams, collaborates with suppliers and customers, and daily oversees the Europe-based Supply & Logistics team, enabling scalable growth and international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse management, operations, or procurement.
• Understanding of inventory management, demand planning, forecasting, and distribution networks.
• Knowledge of import/export processes and international trade requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve the European supply chain and logistics strategy in alignment with regional and global business objectives.
• Manage and optimize warehouse operations, including inventory control, asset management, personnel, and operational performance.
• Maintain and develop the regional warehouses and distribution network, including evaluation and selection of logistics and warehousing partners.
• Ensure import and export processes are executed correctly and in compliance with local and international regulations.
• Implement and drive an effective Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process in close cooperation with Sales, Operations, and Global Supply Chain teams.
• Work closely with sales teams to understand market requirements and coordinate with global supply chain teams to secure adequate supply.
• Daily management of the Supply & Logistics team across Europe.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
