Job summary

Carhartt Inc. in Oslo is seeking a Supervisor (m/f/x) to lead the team and deliver outstanding customer service in our new store. You will monitor daily performance, support sales objectives and ensure smooth store operations.

Fluent in Norwegian and English, you will manage opening/closing, cash handling, store presentation and adherence to company policies. Experience in retail and a proactive, customer-focused attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the team to achieve highest possible levels of customer service and performance
• Ensure that the team is dealing with all customer queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure that customer service standards are adhered to and business opportunities are maximised.
• Awareness and supervision of the store presentation, including cleanliness, visual display and merchandising
• Responsibility for holding keys to the store, opening and closing the store, completing relevant checklists and cash handling
• Supervise the team to ensure adherence within the store of all company policies and procedures
• Maintain open communication within the store and across to other departments
