What does the involve? If you’re a student interested in a career in Equinor, our summer enables you to gain highly relevant hands-on experience in your chosen discipline. Our goal is to invest in the next generation of talent. The program will give you a broad understanding of our operations and strategy across all our key areas: oil, gas, renewables and low carbon solutions. It will also give you valuable experience and skills to support your studies and future career.

These learning opportunities are designed to support your personal growth and prepare you for a successful future career.
