Job summary

Autodesk Forma is seeking a Technical Program Manager to align and deliver across complex product and engineering initiatives. You will partner with Product Area Leaders and Engineering leadership to translate strategy into coordinated execution, driving dependencies and reducing delivery risk.

You will coordinate cross-squad efforts, work with product, design and engineering to deliver scalable solutions for the built environment, and foster continuous improvement in processes and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, or related technical field.
• 5+ years with engineering teams on complex initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• 3+ years as a Technical Program Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and cross-team delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive alignment and execution across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end program management for complex initiatives.
• Partner with product and engineering to define plans and ensure delivery.
• Coordinate across product, engineering and design, managing dependencies.
• Identify risks, remove blockers, maintain momentum across initiatives.
• Provide visibility into progress, risks, and trade-offs.
